Bruce Johnson is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison (B.S., Psychology).  He has also completed extensive graduate studies in Business and Public Administration at George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA. 

Bruce served as an IRS field Revenue Officer in Chicago and Kansas City; Collection Division Analyst (National Office, Washington, D.C. and Southwest Region); Chief, Field Branch, metropolitan Washington, D.C.; Assistant Chief, Collection Division, Austin, TX; Chief, Collection Division, IRS Computer Center, Austin; and Chief, Collection Division, Manhattan, NY. During his career in the Internal Revenue Service, Bruce received numerous performance awards, including a Career Education Award and Distinguished Performance awards for his performance in various top-level IRS Collection Division management positions. 

He has been active in the Mediation field in the Dallas area since 1990, and has been given the Louis Weber Award as the Mediator of the Year by the Dispute Mediation Service of Dallas.  He has been active in the tax representation industry for several years, and has served as a Continuing Legal Education instructor for CLE classes conducted by the Dallas County, Denton County and Collin County Bar Associations.  He is a member of the Texas Association of Mediators.

Bruce serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Associates Council of the Greater Dallas Homebuilders Association. He is also an active member of the Small Business, Technology Advisory, and Business Toolbox Committees of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
