Revenue Officer in Chicago. During his career, he was assigned to all
levels of the IRS. He held management positions in IRS District (local)
offices, Regional Offices, National Office in Washington, DC and the

Mediation Service of Dallas which named him the "Mediator of the
Year." His company, Tax Mediators for Texans, has represented individuals
and business before the Internal Revenue Service for several years,
primarily in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area. The company retains
various attorneys and enrolled agents (former IRS agents and managers
authorized to practice before the IRS) as appropriate in specific cases.
The company limits its clientele primarily to larger dollar cases, often
in the $250,000+ range, although other cases are accepted based on facts
and circumstances. Many of the clients are practicing attorneys. Mr.

classes for lawyers in his area of expertise and experience.
Tax Mediators for Texans belongs to the Homebuilders Association of
Greater Dallas, North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, Copperas Cove Chamber of
Commerce (Ft. Hood area), and the Better Business Bureau of Greater
Dallas. The company was a finalist in the North Dallas Chamber of
Commerce "Small Business of the Year" competition for 2003.
